It was not available anymore because it was hosted on Zippyshare long ago but I was able to found it so here he is
"Warning:
Depending on your settings the game maybe becomes too easy and it could be considered as cheating.
Installation:
Copy "Script_Regit.dll" and "regit.ini" to "...\Risen\bin\scripts\"
Configuration:
You can comstumize the regeration rate in "regit.ini".
Code:
[HP]Interval=10000
Percentage=3
[MP]
Interval=5000
Percentage=2
The default settings will regen 3% of your total HP every 10 seconds and 2% of your total MP every 5 seconds. You modify this however you want.
Please note that "Interval" is in ms and "Percentage" must be in the range between 0 and 100;
Only testet with patch 1.11, might works with 1.10 aswell."
