   since i downloaded the mod, all the characters stand around stupidly until they die and don't do any tasks, i've tried everything if you click on a person and tell him, for example, he should chop wood, then he does that for a single field and then he just runs again somewhere

      Apparently pretty hard, since it's B18 now and there's still no update. Dead mod is dead.
