This tool allows you to create clips from MP4 files for Rifftrax and What the Dub. You can also organize these clips into clip packs that can be launched directly in the game of your choice. And if you think others might enjoy the clip pack you have made you can export them as a zip that other users of the tool can then import automatically into the tool.
