this mod it's a retexture of Ghost BSAA SOU by Cond3mned24, this mod don't change any models from it, just the texture
i made this mod with texmod, so you will need both the original mod and texmod to this work (tutorial in images section)
for the people who ask me if a can make this mod without texmod, I only know how to make texture mods with this program. texmod extract textures from game files, not necessarily extract, but extract a copy of the same texture that I can easily change at any time, and then, I compress these textures into a .tpf file and place it in the program. opening the game through the program, texmod changes the game's textures, in short: this is kind of a mod that works externally without even touching the game files.
I don't know how to modify the game files, I know how to install mods, because it's just copy and paste, but editing the game files myself, I have no idea, I know there are tutorials on how to do this, but they are giant texts, or videos of 15-30 minutes.
There are certain games that I know how to modify the game files, like Fallout or Skyrim, because these games were basically made to have mods, so they are extremely easy, but there are games like Resident Evil, where modifying these files is very complicated, and There are also games like dead space where literally the only way to make mods is with texmod, and mods that modify the character's model don't exist.
