Make all weapon like chicago sweeper and handcannon

All weapon has become ∞ like Chicago sweeper and Handcannon
Guns with exclusive of Increasing power have been added to LV 5 upgrade directly , ammo too
You have to sell weapon and apply exclusive upgrade again to become ∞ , which is why i make upgrading all weapon to be free ( optional file keep the cost of upgrade for all weapon )
haven't found how to modify bolt thrower's attachable mines yet
will conflict to other mod if they are also modifing WeaponDetailCustomUserdata.user or WeaponCustomUserdata.user
ALL knives now have the speed of combat knife . But boot & kitchen knife can't apply ∞ on it , so i set durability to insanely high, it won't break ever again
Optional file : same as the main file but keep the cost of upgrade
