This mod has two variants, one that censors the global release of the game, and one that uncensors the Japanese release.
This is how the Japanese version is censored:
These two mods disable/enable behaviour listed above.
The mods are compatible with the game as of 2023/04/10 and works with Japanese and global versions of RE4R.
Install using Fluffy Mod Manager.
This is how the Japanese version is censored:
- Textures of dismembered limbs are 100% black.
- Playable characters never lose their head or get cut into two (though it is implied by the camera moving out of view).
- Enemies never get cut into two or lose a large portion of their torso.
- Regenerators are less gory somehow.
These two mods disable/enable behaviour listed above.
The mods are compatible with the game as of 2023/04/10 and works with Japanese and global versions of RE4R.
