Adds laser sight to Blacktail complete with laser sight model, hud icon and text descriptions on the gun itself and the laser sight item.

Known Issue: When equiping Matilda it will use the blacktail laser sight icon, it's because I had to replace the Matilda hud icon so the game would use the new blacktail laser sight icon.
In Separate Ways, the icon for Blacktail when laser sight is attached will be a TMP, I have no way of changing this currently but even if I did it would mean that the TMP's own icon would be a Blacktail with laser sight since I need to replace an icon to add a new one.
