New colour scheme for the standard Leon costume with 4k Textures including Dirty Version

The hair, jacket, vest, shirt and pants with shoes CAN BE ACTIVATED INDIVIDUALLY if you want to mix other styles.
I used an online page to increase the dimensions of the textures to 4k (Shirt Color Pack & Pants Color Pack)
and combined them with the Leon Outfit Speedrun Elite textures to add some details, I included the Extreme Condition hair style.
I have also added Leon's jacket from RE3.5.
