Fog from the infamous OG RE4 mod "Rising of Evil" remade for the remake.
I tried to not make the lightning as dark as the original since many people disliked it. Tested for the entire game, no areas are too much bright or dark.
"Rising of Evil" was made by Luis Webber.
Feel free to use this fog in your own difficulty mods, but remember to mention me.
