Please read the description.
It gives Leon (Default) BSAA Elite Uniform from RE Village.
Install it with Fluffy Mod Manager.
-Set the hair strands to off in the graphics settings, otherwise Leon's hair will show up and that'll remove the helmet (this should be an option if you want Leon head appeared).
-If you see the helmet clips through the scope when scoping, select Flight Helmet on Extras menu to solve it.

-Clipping the scope when scoping, because of the helmet model.
