Use Window Mode (best with the re_tweaks) cause tab out of the process in Fullscreen is buggy.

Best way to Modify the things is just pressing the ESC button and change it durring the Pause Menu or in the Inventory.

Downlaod mod to Desktop (or wherever)
Download, install and run cheat engine
Launch RE4 and pause game when fully loaded
Select processes in CE and double click on your resident evil 4 executable (probs a steam one)
Then depending where you saved the nexus download Select Open File (Ctrl + O in CE) and double click on the Resident Evil 4 UHD.CT file (the mod you just downloaded)
Select Yes when asked to merge anything
Double click the enabler checkbox in CE to enable the mod and literally just open and select anyhting you want to enable
