This mod adds Scarlet Nexus textures I extracted from the game to the RE4 visuals replacing most of the in-game textures from xscr fodler. Only laser room was intact since it's too good to be ruined by my mod. It makes the game more lively but teytures can be heavy on the game so enhanced game.exe is highly recommended.
