This mod activates physics / jigglebones for all cutscenes where physics are normally frozen. I am unsure why Capcom decided to disable the chain physics during many of RE3's cutscenes. The physics are useful for mods and allow things like hair to look like they were given dedicated animations through their dynamic movenents. Breast and other physics seem to get disabled and this will reactivate them as well. Cutscene Physics Enabler edits all the cutscene timeline files to remove their control over the physics.
Also included is an optional mod, Cutscene Hair Fix, which contains a bunch of empty motlists for removing Jill's hair animations from modded meshes. This is because swapped hair meshes that have bones named like Jills bones (such as in Becca's hair from RE Resistance) will deform horribly when using Jill's animations
