Replaces Carlos' default outfit with RE2 Leon police outfit in U.B.C.S. colors.
Great thanks to Rysty and Snipz for super textures, EvilLord (Stevebg23) for the concept of bringing Leon model to RE3 and Alphaz for his wonderful tool and tutorials for RE modding.
And, of course, FluffyQuack for his Mod Manager

Installation:
1. Install Fluffy Mod Manager.
2. Place 'U.B.C.S. Carlos.rar' into 'Fluffy Manager 5000\Games\RE3R\Mods'.
3. Open mod manager and enable 'U.B.C.S. Carlos outfit'.
