Ladies and gentlemen, I have hidden some comments for belittling this mod.
Much worse, two users have been banned for these comments: “She looks like down syndrome and mongoloid inbreds had a child...” “This looks like a retard alien screwed an alzheimer human and they had a child. Looks friggin ugly, boss.”
Supporting such comments is objectionable too and likely to entail administrative actions as well.

So I tried having a go at the mesh myself, since the original modder doesn't plan to update this. I managed to learn how to convert the model to fbx thanks to Noesis, edit the head so it doesn't pop out of the hair, then convert it back to its original format, and replace the original mesh. When I did so, however, the mesh's edges don't stick to the body anymore. Does anyone know how to prevent that from happening? Or better yet, just edit the mesh themselves and upload it? I've been trying to fix it all night to no avail.
(Disclaimer: I know next to nothing about modding RE3. Everything I know I only learnt today, and just barely understand)
Edit: Okay, I fixed it. I'll see if I can upload the mesh soon.
