With Jill, this mod gives a far-back camera when walking normally, but it leaves the zooming feature when aiming. Could've SWORN that other modder Alphaz made something like this mod. But another user said that it couldn't be found. I just reproduced a similar effect with this mod. It's done by using the "Dodge Cam" data and just copying it over the "Jog" and "Normal" cam files. So it's done...for now.
