This mod is a retexture to make Leon's outfit look similar to the RESIDENT EVIL 1.5 version. It's a very old mod that I made and ended up posting here(NEXUS) just now. I ended up doing this in the remake version of the outfit, if it was the classic one, maybe it would be more similar to the 1.5 version.
To make the mod work for the entire game, go to costumes>unlocked outfits>leon and put the option "cop". That way, Leon won't get dirty and the mod texture will continue throughout the game.
