Replaces the vending machine decal with a custom artwork for Kira Cola.

UPDATE: In addition to the regular front-panel machines, I re-textured the wooden-panel machines and added Kira Cola cans inside. Check the screenshots to see what I mean.
So I made this vending machine for my Kira's Casino mod for RE Resistance, and I wanted to test how easy it would be to port modded asses from RE Resistance to RE2 if they're just a borrowed asset from RE2, and I learned it is VERY VERY easy to do!
