a Friend of mine Named JP help create this and ManGaKa for the rigging
This Hair was Created by JP a friend of mine in blender to be replaced with leons RE2 hair and rigged by me also a little help from ManGaKa who showed me the godly powers of rigging hair !!!!!!!!
the hair replaces almost all hairs expect for the Sherif and the other one Nior everything else should work fine even in cutscenes :3
