Simple overlay with information on the current game state for speedrunning.
Shows current gametime, condition, and DA rank.
I've hopefully fixed the issue where the overlay might not show up by default.
If you're in game and don't see the overlay, open REFramework ("Insert"
key by default), go to ScriptRunner > Known scripts and toggle the
checkbox for speedrun-helper.lua off and back again.
Requires REFramework.
Contains a forked binary build of the latest reframework-d2d in order to load custom fonts.
This change is not yet available upstream on reframework-d2d, plus
reframework-d2d does not release proper builds for RE3R anyway, so I
thought it most convenient to just bundle it here for the time being.
Might not work on ancient versions of Windows 10 or earlier.
