This is just my take on the mod that turufaolayanta's "RE3R Carlos Oliveira" posted. His port was using Carlos's head but I wanted to have Carlos's armour with Leon's Head so here is the result.This replaces Arklay Sheriff part only (so your other model/texture mod should be compatible). This one does not have the hat. All Credit goes to turufaolayanta
