Replace high-caliber ammo in 2nd run with handgun ammo.

This mod aims to replace all .45 acp (high-caliber) ammo in the 2nd run with 9mm (handgun) ammo.
BIG UPDATE
As of right now the mod covers all handgun ammo throughout the game, including lockers.
This is entirely thanks to the amazing work of archerpz
Since the m19\quickdraw become useless I've decided to remove them and in place add a little gift.
I have decided to leave the download link for the previous version which has some high-caliber ammo left to pick in case someone prefers it.
Note: Starting a new game is essential for the mod to fully work.
