I can do Chain Lightning. So what about Burning Everything?

Calm down, It's not just I put Alexia Ashford's power into the game, NO.
Its about DOT splash of flamable-projectiles (both flamethrower and Grenade Flame-rounds).
happened when you shot something, whatever enemies or floors/walls.
: flame Splash Range is 1/10 of Minigun's range.
However, original splash range CAN penetrate any obstracles without any modding. but no one can notice it because range is too short.
: DOT damage isn't numeric as I thought. But it's percentage.
as I look into. All Burning DOT in this game is based on Player's Burn Rate. and All Burning DOT affects every living things EVEN player.
So my modded is also burns player too. But how can you safe after use this? I can answer.
: first DOT burning on player didn't show on Health condition. It's show on how much burns on your character is.
: All players (pl00xx files) has instantly put-out-burning. If they got burns. They'll do animations to put out fire. more burns more time in that animations.
So I setted Burning percentage. to 90% of player's Burn Rate. so they can survive.
: Enemies havn't any put out fire, so you can stacked burning until they died.
: All enemies (em00xx files) have difference burning rate in thier classes. so more shots/less shots is based on thier burn rate.
Zombies/Dogs : 2-shot burning
Lickers : 3-4 shot burning
like that.
