I gave Leon a bowl cut.
Installation: Drag and drop .rar into Fluffy's Manager.
Works on the non-dlc Leon costumes. I don't own the DLCs, so I probably can't port the hair over to those.
This is my first mod, so if there's any bugs or whatever comment them and I'll try to fix it.
