WHAT IS THIS MOD?

This reskin is pretty much the equivalent of vectorunit0 's "PlayStation Button Mod (RE0)", only with XBOX buttons instead. Some buttons' textures were swapped so the controller mapping is more similar to the classic games:

► X <> B (Inventory screen <> Running)
► LB <> LT (Aiming <> Map screen)
► RB <> RT (Shooting <> Swapping character)

Those changes should work no matter which language you use and will be noticeable in the Inventory screen, the Options menu and in the Gallery from the main menu.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This mod was made specifically for those using the controller "Type A" configuration.

For obvious reasons, using a controller is required to be able to use that mod.

If you want the textures to match the actual buttons, you will have to customise the button mapping of your controller through the game's Controller Settings menu (available in Steam Big Picture mode). Don't worry, it's super easy! You can follow that detailed tutorial here if you ignore how to swap the buttons.

HOW TO USE IT:

It is advised to use FluffyQuack's Mod Manager for more convenience. Simply put the .rar folder in the Mod Manager so you can easily activate/deactivate the reskins at will. More info on how to use the manager here.

If you don't use the Mod Manager, simply copy the "nativePC" folder located inside the .rar folder of the reskins and paste it in the game's directory (should be Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Resident Evil 0). Don't forget to make a backup copy of the original files in case you'd like to delete the mod.

It is advised to use one of the following mods with that one as they are compatible (LB>LT in the inventory) and improve the inventory screen:
