Ive made a plugin that lets you write as taxman or as yourself on the truck TV. I made it without looking at existing mods so something like it might already exist. I just thought i'd share it anyway. You are the only one that needs this mod - others will still see your messages!
I made the plugin using BepInEx - i dont know much about Melonloader or others.
Press F1 and a simple window will open that lets you write some text and put some emotes in too.
Like i said, i made this for myself so its not really fleshed out. If there is interest, ill make the GUI nicer, add more emotes and other features.
