It's an old file, created back in 2010 for Tomb Raider http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showthread.php?t=172366 the md5 size is exactly the same so it's the same file, means the content (which you can see at the link) is the same. So it's just VisualBasic with ControlClick etc.
It's a nice idea but I rarely find it working under windows to make thing run that way.
For me, under Windows 7 x64 UAC enabled, it never worked at all. Well, the few cliks to do don't hurt
The same here, Doesn't load mods, just asking me for an exe name but the path is correct: exe=D:\GAMES\Mass Effect 2\Binaries\MassEffect2.exe does it accept spaces in the path name ?
To my deep regret in life is often confronted by selective stupidity, try where this can arise at least some questions to explain the details. Switching it to 250 seems to work fine.
Your 2K textures work fine with the Texmod v0.9b you included.
