Improves the god mode to work with vehicles.
Any vehicle you are in, whether it be driving or just riding in the back, that will automatically make the vehicle invincible.
Unfortunately, vehicles you are in still take explosive damage. I have not found the solution to this, but if I do, I will update this mod.
