NO FOG + Correct district colours.
Removes the distant fog that normally covers up the bad draw distance.
Also nulls the colours of each district.
This makes the game more clear and crisp. easier to see things.
--------------------INSTALL-------------------
0: MAKE BACKUP of "misc.vpp_pc" file.
1: Copy over the included misc.vpp_pc file into: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Red Faction Guerrilla Re-MARS-tered\data
2: In the same data folder you will find another file named: "table.vpp_pc" Rename this file to: " vegtatable.vpp_pc " (Without the "")
3: Play and enjoy!

Pop-in will be more noticble since the fog normally hides it.
