So anybody who has problems with Lenny´s Mod Loader and installing this mod, just follow these instructions:
To fix the issue you need to download the "Lenny's Simply Trainer" zip file -- but don't install it. All you need is the file called "version.dll" which you put in your main RDR2 directory. Doing this made my Lenny's Mod Loader identify the game when launched, and the No Vignette mod is now working.Confirmed working with latest game version 1491.16 (Rockstar launcher edition). Here are my steps to make it work:
1.) Install Lenny Mod Loader ver. 10.1 beta using the normal instructions. Simply copy all contents of the "ModLoader" folder into your base game directory. File vfs.asi should be in the same directory as RDR2.exe. Do not put the Mod Manager and the other folders into the game directory. Just put it on the desktop. Only the single files you copied out from the ModLoader folder should be in there. (Red Dead Redemption 2 folder) link: https://www.rdr2mods.com/downloads/rdr2/tools/76-lennys-mod-loader-rdr/
2.) Install ScriptHookRDR2 V2 - note this is NOT the version from dev-c.com that is often linked. Simply copy file ScriptHookRDR2.dll into your base game directory alongside RDR2.exe. link: https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/1472
3.) Install file version.dll from Lenny's Simple Trainer. You don't need the full trainer, just the version.dll file. Simply download Lenny's Simply Trainer and copy over the version.dll to your base game directory alongside RDR2.exe. link: https://www.rdr2mods.com/downloads/rdr2/scripts/7-lennys-simple-trainer/
Now you can just load Mods into the Mod Manager including this one. Make sure that above in the Mod Manager you chose the folder: OS (C:) < programs (x86) < steam < steamapps < common < Red Dead Redemption 2. Don´t forget to always press save in the ModManager, if you change something.
This will get your Lenny's Mod Loader working correctly with game version 1491.16, at least with the Rockstar Launcher edition. Not sure if it's different with Steam/EGS. Hope this helps someone out there.
For those who experienced the scarf at Micah's head during replaying mission, all you had to do is disable or remove the scarf code within Arthur's right-parted hair code at shop_items.ymt to fix this issue.
Great mod! Also how did you swap Arthur and Micah and Replace them.Because with other peds replacing Arthur just turn back into Arthur. The model the clothing the weopons and textures in this mod are great,im just really curious about how you did it and would like to make a similar mod but swapping and replace Arthur with Javier.
How can I remove the things that effect arthur? Like the tilted hat. I want to keep the horse and all the gang changes but I want to make arthur himself. WHat file to I have to remove?
