So it seems to work, but I only see a few people shoot each other every once in a while. It is nothing like a video I saw on YouTube where entire towns were going insane, with dozens of people of all kinds shooting at each other. I'm pretty sure this is the same mod that was in the video, as I haven't seen any other Riot Mode mods out there, but for me it's just really lacking the "riot" feel.
Anyone have any ideas what's wrong?
I only have this and the scripthook that's listed in the requirements section of this mod posting. Am I missing something else? It's hard to know what I need since there's hardly even a description for this mod.
EDIT: Nevermind, the Riot Mode I saw in the video appears to be a different mod, but I'm not sure where to download it.
Yeah, you saw Jedijosh's video, so I did, unfortunately the mods he shows in his videos are not downloadable for now, I'm in his discord and looking forward to see his creations become playable !
I think I know why. Not all NPCs have guns, especially in towns. If you had a way where every NPC spawned with a gun then you probably see a bigger gunfight when riot mode is on.
needs an ini file for settings as it does work but everyone w a gun attacks everyone and even people wo guns and you can't get anything done other than fighting. Needs a toggle or a setting for only limited time random riots otherwise it's only good for riot mode then close game and get rid of it to go back to playing story, side missions etc
Works fine, just use the most recent version of Alexander Blade Scripthook. (load Scripthook to game directory where game executable RDR2.EXE is located, then load RiotMode.asi into the same folder).
Activates automatically, no activation button.
Note: If you have any other scripthooks/trainers installed - remove them before installing Alexander's one
