nothing is unlocked with this early save because the game itself unlock bonuses at the start of chapter 2 at the camp. to make them unlockable later you need to include the small player file with the save. this file tells the game what to unlock at chapter2. Of course for you everything seems unlocked because you already have a player file from an ultimate version.

The three free weapons are avaible, you should check that out and the other 2 dlcs are no longer avaible, that ones are avaible only if you pre-purchased the game from the begging

I no longer have the game installed, I finished it last year and after that I stopped playing it, but I assure you that all the content from UE are in the game, the talismans too
The only achievements will unlock are the prologue ones, the save is not 100%, is only the for the prologue 100% complete, also will update the in-progress achievements that you will need to play the story to unlock, I finish the game few months ago and achieved all the story achievements, the 100% missions completionist are not needed, you can play the game without worrying achiving all stars at all missions, you need to do other side quests to achieve the achievements
Go to "This PC/ My Computer" C:\Users\(Your user name)\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles\(The code Ex : 05DE15F0)
... and you just paste the files in there, after that, launch R* Launcher or what you use to run RDR2 and it should ask you if you want to load the local save or cloud save, select the local and there you go
It is a normal game save file, I did it myself in the first try to all the mission, no fail or restart, I killed the O'Driscoll and spare the guys from the train mission, but if you want to get the spare achievement, you can easily replay the first mission and just spare him is simple, if you update the mission and do it again, it will add to your progress so it should be good!
Edit : To get Gold Medal at first mission is simple, just don't get shot by any of the O'Driscolls doing the shootout and don't get hit when fighting the one in the barn, try to aim at the head and wait 1 second for the aim to stand still before shooting, and loot all the possible items in the Adler's House (Chest, Drawer, Table, Shelves, right side when you enter the door it should be some Classic Oatcakes on the shelf, Upstairs on the ladder and the medicine near the ladder in the left side) and it should be good
+ bonus at the shootout to help you, shoot the first guy that's talking to Dutch, then the other one next to him, then the one from the left that's standing in the right side of the house, next the other one next to him more to the left, then wait in cover for the one from the house to get out, let him shoot at you and then when he turns back to shoot at Dutch, if you stand still, he shouldn't be able to touch you, then shoot him in the head, wait for the other one from the public toilet to get out, shoot him too, then just get out of cover and wait for the other one that's running away and shoot him
