      Just saying to you if you don't know but.. Disable Sniper you need a Mod Menu Rampage or Jedijosh920... currently you can't but mods yes.
      If OpenIV release new version maybe we can find the file of sniper.

      Rampage trainer effectively disables the New Austin sniper. Other trainers have tried, but Rampage succeeded.
