Though rn I'm mostly playing around in the epilogue to test my new PC (my old one died a little before my last BG3 post) and it's so hard to believe this game is 6 years old! It's so damn stunning. I'm just riding around aimlessly, absolutely mesmerized by the beautiful scenery lol. I also booted up RDO last night, and yep it's still as chaotic as I remember :p
Wonderful captures Yahya :)
Hah, I can understand that. Give a large amount of people guns in a virtual world with no consequences, and you're bound to get plenty of bad apples. What made me pick up RDO before RDR2 was the character creation and silent protagonist -- not many games come with this formula nowadays.

Now I remembered that I've seen this channel before!

And i loved the Van Halen tune!!
Having a photomode in Story Mode really makes a big difference. It's a lot of fun to use too!
Just have to remember to be mindful as I tend to default to competitiveness in online games... which in turn causes me to get salty
I log into RDO every morning, so if you ever need anybody to ride shotgun with you on any sales missions or something let me know :) I've also got a posse called "Fallout Fables" we can use if you don't have a posse of your own. Please note I'm legally blind, so I'm not necessarily terribly useful in PVP, but an extra body never hurts, haha.
Let me know by PM if you want me to tell you my steam or Social Club account name :)
It's getting late, so I'll have to message you tomorrow
I like your horse. I enjoyed playing a Suffolk Punch work horse. Missy is still in the stable waiting for another adventure.
Online games are always better with friends
It's been a while since I've seen Missy, yeah. Nowadays you're mostly using the golden Turk, if I'm not mistaken. Right now I frequently cycle between my Ardennes, Turkoman, and Hungarian. Got a Dutch Warmblood recently. Beautiful horse, but not very cooperative. I'm thinking about trying a Thoroughbred soon
My husband is currently riding the red roan Ardennes, what a tank of a horse but I'm a Turkoman fan for the most part so haven't tried it out yet. Great set, Yahya.
I got Arthur the Bay Roan Ardennes too, and I'm excited to share pics of our adventures soon. He's a tough handsome cookie. Wish they'd add more coats of this breed to the game.
Hmm, regarding RDO.. I think if you want a more personal experience vs playing as Arthur in the story mode, I say go for it. I'm not sure I can fully describe it, but in RDO it's my character, my horses, and my adventure, and I feel a stronger connection (especially to my horses :p). I'm now realising that in order to not get annoyed in RDO, you basically have to play it like single player -- avoid 90% of group activities, because where there are people there is bound to be trouble. I was pushing my luck before, and got myself feeling sour about the game. Now, I just do my own thing in peace or join strictly PvE gamemodes.
Generally, you'll want to turn on Defensive mode and avoid lingering in certain towns like Valentine and Saint Denis. If you decide on joining RDO, I'd be glad to help you get started
I did like the character creation also, so there's an alternate arhtur of mine somewhere out there
Great looking horse indeed and good to knoww you're enj0oying yourself
Yes, people are unpredictable in Online. Sometimes you see a seemingly harmless player ride into town, then suddenly they pull out their revolvers and gun down everyone in sight lol. Story mode is definitely better to slowly take in the beautiful world and feel immersed, not to mention the great story. Online is good with friends and if you like to create your own cowboy/cowgirl.
