Credits to Ahnx242 for posting this solution to make the moon smaller.
Installation:
Replace moon.xml in tune_d11generic.rpf with the one from this mod.
Or
Change this from

Alternate version that makes the moon smaller via texture edit is also included, though xml version is recommended.
Removed it in 1.0.1 because it doesn't do anything.
