Makes every horse fast: 5 Options to choose from: Fast Horses, Faster Horses, Fastest Horses, and if you wanna go fast but just a little bit faster: Slightly Slower Than Fast Horses. And then theres Really fucking fast which is just too much

1) Use MagicRDR press file then open tune_d11generic.rpf.
2) Press root then tune then player.
3) Right click on hrssimtune.xml then click replace file.
4) press the 3 dots and double click on the fast horses folder and click hrssimtune.xml
5) press replace and then file and save current version
DON'T FORGET TO EXTRACT THE FILE IN THE .ZIP OR IT WON'T WORK
if you want to change the speed go into the hrssimtune.xml and change "<TopSpeed value="25.000000"/>" to whatever you want but make sure the zeros are still there
