About this mod
A New Game + save for both the main story and undead nightmare!
- Permissions and credits
MAIN STORY:
*All starting Bonnie missions completed, right before the first Marshal mission.
*As of 1.1; All outfits, weapons, and horse deeds are unlocked and usable.
*All permanent properties owned. (Asides from the Pleasance House, which is obtained via a stranger mission, and at Rathskeller Fork, which costs $100. I believe all the other properties are just for rent, hence I didn't buy them.)
*As of 1.1; The total money is around $1,300.
MAIN STORY (HARDCORE):
*The exact same as the base story save. All Hardcore mode changes still apply properly.
UNDEAD NIGHTMARE:
*Right after the first mission.
*As of 1.1; All of the outfits, weapons, and blood pacts are unlocked and usable. (The current steed is the Unicorn. Personally I don't care for it and switch to one of the others, but that might make someone happy.)
*As of 1.2; The Bandana, Binoculars, Lucky Rabbit's Foot, and Improved Campfire have been readded to the inventory.
*As of 1.2; Added the horse deeds of the American Standardbred, Hungarian Half-bred, and Kentucky Saddler to the inventory. (Now it's four normal horses & four special horses.)
*As of 1.2; The creation kits for Undead Bait, Boom Bait, and Blunderbuss Ammunition have been unlocked early. Also the Phosphorus Coating has also been unlocked.
KEY NOTES:
*You can freely swap between human & zombie John Marston with the UN save, due to it being classified as additional outfits. However once you swap to a zombie Marston outfit, the animations and voice lines will be changed even if you switch back to a human one. To fix it, just die and reload at the nearest town. (I've since completed UN as of the 1.3 update, and it removes the ability to play as Human John. Even when adding the skins back and doing the fix, it permanently keeps the zombie voices and animations. So that'd be under the role of an actual mod to restore human John post game.)
*Upon completing a requirement for unlocking a certain outfit, the description will promptly become blank. To fix it, just save anywhere and reload it to regain the proper description.
*The bandana is mainly a cosmetic item in UN, since honor and fame don't really matter much when the dead rise. Binoculars are also a novelty item now, probably like in story mode. The improved campfire can be used to save your game anywhere and switch outfits. You however can't use the camp to fast travel like in the main story, still only being able to do that in towns that are safe.
*No, the main story save doesn't give John the ability to wear the U.S. Army, Marshal, or Bureau outfits. That'd be something another mod would do. When one gets made, I'll gladly link it here.
