This save will give you nearly all the unlockable outfits at the near-start of the game, save for the Treasure Hunter outfit.
On top of some bonus cookies for enjoyment.
P.S This is a save for Hardcore.

To install, put into your Documents Rockstar Games Profile Folder
This save is next to complete with everything I can unlock legitimately Early Game.
I completed all the challenges, and got all but the treasure hunter outfit unlocked.
(Ones that I am allowed to attain that is.)
This includes:
Deadly Assassin
Elegant Suit
Walton's Gang Outfit
Bollard Twins Outfit
Duster
Legend Of The West
This was all done legitimately, just using a couple boundary breaking glitches.
Beyond that, I got everything without any cheats or use of a trainer.
I'd push things further but I want to play the game now.
The point of the game I am at is just finishing the initial Bonnie missions and the first Marshal missions.
I have done a few stranger missions along the way but yeah. Have this save with all these goodies to start your journey.
You will also have the Mauser, Buffalo Rifle, Carcano, and the Semi-Auto Shotgun. Because apparently you can just buy these if you got the money.
I'd go extreme and get the Explosive Rifle but like aforementioned, I just want to play the game now.
I may go back and improve some things in the future but no promises.
