What is it ?
A mod that add 5 sec to the audio of the barmen lines where they tell you some info to give you the time to actually read them.
Installation :
Extract in your "PAKS" folder, in the game root folder, were you installed it.
How did I do it ?
I used the modding tools from :
https://github.com/sp00n/rgo-lua-utils
https://github.com/sp00n/rgo-mod-helpers
To extract the games archives.
Then I looked for those lines, and added 5 seconds of silence at the end of each one of them with ffmpeg.
