Applying A Paintjob (for Rebel Galaxy Outlaw version 1.17 and older)
1. Land somewhere with a ship dealer. On the sector map, move the cursor over a system and select a station on the right side of the screen. On the left side of the screen, look for a triangle shaped symbol among the station feature symbols (above the words "ECONOMIC DATA").
2. At the ship dealer, buy the ship associated with the paintjob if you are not already using the ship.
3. Enter the Ship Paint Shop by selecting "PAINT SHIP" on the far left side of the menu.
4. Inside the Ship Paint Shop program, click on the "Layer Options" button in the Layers window on the right side of the screen (looks like a triangle and 3 lines).
5. In the drop down menu, click on "Load Texture To Layer".
6. Select the extracted texture (*.tga, *.png, *.bmp, *.dds, *.tif, or *.jpg).
7. Exit the Ship Paint Shop and the paintjob will be applied to the ship.
