Pack is a texture replacer for the default textures in Ballistic's excellent JPC2 vest and Crye G4 shirt addons, plus additional supporting pieces to complete the look.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS(READ!):
Must delete the "_P" from the end of pakchunk999-Mods_BAL_UE5_Armor_JPC_2_P.pak.  Pack will not replace the textures unless this is done.

Features

DSS MSD:
The Diplomatic Security Service is the law enforcement and security agency of the US Department of State.  It is tasked with protecting diplomatic assets, personnel, information, and combating transnational crimes connected to visa and passport fraud.  DSS agents conduct counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and criminal investigations domestically and abroad.  DSS was established following the deadly 1983 bombing of the US embassy in Beirut.  DSS is the most widely represented U.S. law enforcement and security organization in the world, protecting people, property, and information at 275 State Department locations around the globe. DSS agents provide continuous security for the U.S. Secretary of State, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, and visiting cabinet-level foreign dignitaries when in the United States. They also protect emissaries from international organizations and visiting royalty. DSS special agents also investigate human trafficking, conduct counterintelligence and counterterrorism operations.  DSS has 33 field offices spread throughout the US with criminal investigations focused on human and sex trafficking, document fraud, international parental kidnapping, child exploitation, violations of the Protect Act, assaults on federally protected persons, fugitive arrests overseas, counterterrorism and counterintelligence investigations, and international organized crime cases. They investigate foreign intelligence agencies operating within the US, assist in apprehending fugitives that ave fled the US, and conduct background checks on State Department employees and contractors.  The Diplomatic Security Service maintains agents on dozens of Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF) around the country. As members of the Foreign Service, DSS special agents spend nearly half of their careers living and working overseas, often in hazardous environments and/or less developed countries throughout the world in high threat environments; DSS agents receive additional training in the use of automatic weapons including machine guns and grenade launchers.  

DSS Mobile Security Deployments are small specialized tactical units within the DSS.  Comprised of specially trained Special Agents for operation in high threat environments wit little outside support.  Primary responsibilities include combating kidnapping, counterterrorism, and evacuation of US citizens out of crisis areas.  MSD teams augment DSS agents in high profile or high threat environments with 13 operational teams.  DSS MSD TST are tactical support teams that operate as heavily armed reaction forces in support of protective service details.  MSD's primary rifle is the Mk18. MSD also qualifies with the Colt submachine gun, different MP5 submachinegun variants, Remington 870 shotguns while SIG, Glock, and Beretta pistols are assigned as sidearms.  MSD agents are trained to use and deploy with U.S. Military weapons, including the M249, M240, and M2 machine guns, M203 and Mk19 grenade launchers, and precision fire rifles such as the Mk12
 SPR. MSD agents are also trained to use less-than-lethal weaponry.

DEA SRT:
DEA special agents are America’s resolute force fighting against the illegal drug trade. DEA Special Agents pursue the most notorious trafficking and narco-terrorist organizations that threaten our country.  DEA Special Response Teams are DEA tactical teams with roles including high risk warrant service and vehicle interdictions.  Standardized since 2016, DEA SRTs are maintained at each major regional DEA office.  

US Secret Service ERT/Uniformed Division:
Secret Service Emergency Response Teams are specialized units within USSS Special Operations Division that that provide full time tactical support to Presidential Protective division and also provide tactical support to designated protectees, protected venues, and national special security events.  Can be combined with my other pack that features CAT team and either the JPC or the shaw vest can be used.
