There are 2 versions available, one is for Judge, the other for elli:
Elli's voice lines only work in multiplayer, the singleplayer version of elli (your AI teammate) will still have the male version of the voice lines.
Judge is used for every character you select in singleplayer. If you only want to play singleplayer you can skip the elli files, however I'd recommend downloading both, as neither conflict with each other's experience.
HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART
Delete all files you have inside
\Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\VO\SWATEli and VO\SWATJUdge
I couldn't replace every single voice line, so if you don't do that, you'll have left over male voice lines. I already included every voice line you need, if you still have any male voice lines playing after doing that, I'd be greatful if you could report it in the comments!
