Damsel's Dispatch is a realistic TOC rework/voiceover mod that aims to completely overhaul default TOC, inspired by "SA Announcer" from MW2022, SWAT4 Dispatch, and real life dispatchers.
400+ original voice lines, custom subtitling, and custom names to reflect brevity used.
Going into this, I simply wanted to, as the kids say it, FAFO. I now humbly report that I have, indeed, found out. Ever since the V1 version I've improved upon and made so many changes and learned so much throughout the making of this. Hell, I myself have changed a LOT throughout these 4 version, and I'm happy to (hopefully) conclude that this is the last and final version of this mod, with LTS (long-term support). I'm not even a femboy anymore, but I hope my voice is as soothing as you remember it and calms you during the chaos of gunfire. I hope you enjoy <3

Terminology, 10-Codes, and Callsigns
CALLSIGNS:
- Robert-10-David / 20-David - D-Platoon is the SWAT unit for the LAPD and LSPD. LAPD's modern naming scheme for units is (Division)-(Platoon)-(Squad)-(Unit). In this case, Robert denotes that this is Metropolitan division, 10 refers to the unit's number, in this case being the first squad and squad leader, and David refers to the D-Platoon. SWAT units are special as they do not use individual unit numbers, instead opting for the 10-David, 11-David, 12-David, (...) naming scheme.
- 7-Lincoln-14 - "Lincoln" is the LAPD callsign prefix for a single man unit, unspecified. Normally, these are single man patrols, but are sometimes used by TOC for missions to identify themselves for friendly units from a command vehicle or center.
- RA200/204/etc. - Rescue Ambulance ###.
- Truck 10/110/etc. - Firetruck ###.
- 7-Lincoln-100 - Watch commander/Sergeant-in-charge available, called when needed further assistance/supervision.
- 2-Henry-# - Forensics and coroner.
- IC - Incident Commander. Separate from the TOC team in this case.
- X-RAY - Unknown individual.
- Airship # - Helicopter.
10-Codes and Other Terminology
- 10-4 - Affirmative/OK.
- 10-89 - Bomb threat.
- 10-23 - Arrived on scene.
- 11-99 - Officer needs urgent help.
- Code 2 (high) - Urgent
- Code 4 - No further assistance needed.
- Code 6 - Responding long-distance.
- TAC - Talk Around Chat (radio)
- IEP - Initial Entry Point
- PR - Person Reporting
- EOD - Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit
- Triple Eight Call - Active Shooter. Reference to this scene from the Canadian show 19-2. I don't know if this is a real code or not, and I can't find anything online to verify.
