Taken directly from Astral's AI, this mod changes the suspect bomb vest so it will detonate when shot at, there's two versions available
Detonates when shot in the vest, getting shot in the head or limbs won't detonate it
Dead man's switch, it will both detonate when shot at AND when the wearer is down (similar to civilian bomb vest)
Recommended for multiplayer, due to SWAT AI aiming for center mass most of the time, you're gonna have a bad time if you're playing with them in singleplayer
