You will need reshade to get this working properly make sure you have reshade 4.9.1 install it in the win64 folder in your games directory located: Ready Or Not > ReadyOrNot > Binaries > Win64 , in the install reshade window select dx 10/11/12 check all the boxes except legacy reshade when installing reshade 4.9.1 and click okay.
Drag and drop the file into the win64 folder where you installed reshade launch the game rebind the "Effect toggle key" in the reshade settings to N equip night vision and enjoy.
