Puts Non-Lethal Weapons in the Secondary weapon category

This mod places Non-Lethal Weapons in the secondary weapon category (PISTOL).
You can choose which Non-Lethal Weapons you want as your secondary weapons.
The mod works with Shield and SWAT AI officers.
Unfortunately it is not possible to keep a weapon as a primary weapon and a secondary weapon at the same time.
Known issues:
Non-Lethal Weapons don't have a category. Non-Lethal Weapons use the PISTOL category.
The Taser does not have an icon photo.
Weapons are not in the correct position when using the shield.
Beanbag Shotgun does not automatically reload all shells when using the shield.
