About this mod

A realistic completely original TOC/Dispatch mod with a sprinkle of femininity, and subtitle support. 200+ original voicelines replacing the default TOC, and real police radio brevity.

All units on TAC 5, 14-L-01. 10-David making entry, channel 9, TAC 1 for further traffic.

A realistic, serious dispatcher TOC mod, with a bit of femboy on top.
200+ original lines, voiced by me. This is the third version of this mod, and updated and rehauled with correct brevity terms, 10-Codes, and realistic lines.

All lines are voiced, including start, beginning, failure, ROE, arrest, and more. I made this with the original idea in v1 of "haha what if a femboy was a dispatcher" but has since evolved since v2 into an serious, realistic and genuine dispatcher who knows what they're doing. I hope you have fun with this!

FAQ

Why does this mod exist?
> This mod was initially just a "haha funny femboy!!" mod, however it has evolved into a realistic TOC mod. It's still named Femboy TOC, but it's less femboy and more actual dispatcher. I still sound fruity as hell, though.

What's with all the weird words and callsigns?
> See "Brevity FAQ" down below or the README.txt.

Will you be making more audio mods?
> I want to! I actually had a femboy operator mod that I never published but finished. It sounded terrible and waaaay too cringy, but I may remake that in the future! I also have some in-game mods I'd like to do in the future, stay tuned!

Your mod doesn't work/TOC gets cut off/audio lines don't play?
> As of publishing, in 1.0, TOC still sometimes just doesn't say lines, like bombdefused lines for example. It's weird. I'll hope VOID fixes this soon as this also happened before release. In v2, a lot of lines didn't play due to lines being forced to match their original duration, but this has since been fixed and now line duration have no limit.... to my knowledge. Fun fact: The subtitle duration is tied to the duration of the voice line, so there shouldn't be any issues there.

Brevity and Callsign FAQ and cheatsheet
My mod uses real police 10-Codes and brevity that some may not be used to. Here's a full list on the things I say that were meant to sound authentic and realistic. Codes listed are only ones that I've used in this mod.

Callsigns
  • 14-Lincoln-01 / 14-L-01
> "Lincoln" is the LAPD callsign prefix for single unit, unspecified patrols. Normally, single man patrol units use their call number as well as their badge number to specify their callsign on radio, for example: 7-Lincoln-13 45287, denotes the thirteenth single man patrol from the 7th precinct, following a badge number. 14-Lincoln-01 is the callsign I chose for the 14th precinct of the first officer, in this case, being a dispatcher, as "Lincoln" can also be suitable for administrative/desk duty/dispatchers as a callsign.
  • Robert-10-David / R-10-D
> In RoN and the LAPD, D-Platoon is the platoon for all SWAT. Their modern naming scheme is R-##-D-##. Robert-10-David denoting the first squad, and 01 referring to the member in that squad (which goes from 01 to 10). I also shorten this to simply '10-David', as a lot of police media use simply "20-David" or "21-David", which was correct, but according to some sources online, this was changed to R##D##. It's also shortened to simply "R-10-David", referring to the entire unit. I may be wrong on this, but I'd also like to point out that RoN uses "High Ground" and "Trailers" as brevity codes, which is pure fiction. Keep an open mind for that, as this is a fictional game set in a parallel world to ours, so a lot would be different for fiction's sake.
  • RA20/14/etc
> "Rescue ambulance" ##.

10-Codes / Code Codes / Other Brevity
  • 10-4 - Affirmative/OK.
  • 10-89 - Bomb threat

  • Code 2 (high) - Urgent
  • Code 4 - No further assistance needed
  • Code 6 - Responding from long distance

  • Secondaries - Trailers (20-David)
  • Primary/Primaries - 10-David/Entry Team
  • TAC #- Talk Around Chat

INSTALLATION
!!! Create a backup first. !!!
Copy the original TOC folder, and rename it to something else. You can leave it in the original folder (reccomended) or move it someplace else.
IF YOU DID NOT CREATE A BACKUP:
Delete .../VO/TOC/ and verify game files.

File Breakdown
Inside the .zip/.rar, you will find two folders.
The audio folder is a backup folder with all files organized. Don't view this unless you're looking for a specific line, or want to view the outtakes.
The subtitles folder contains a backup of the subtitles, the names.csv, and the actual subtitle file: sub_en.csv.

Audio Installation
To install audio, go to ...\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\VO\TOC
Drag and drop all .ogg files from the parent folder in the .zip into that folder.

Subtitle and Name installation
To install subtitles, go to ...\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\VO\TOC
Drag and drop the sub_en.csv into that folder, from the subtitle folder found in the .zip file.

To install the custom TOC name, go to ...\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\VO
Drag and drop the names.csv file into that folder.

COMPATIBILITY ISSUES
There may be some issues (nothing I've had reported to me personally so far) with compatibility surrounding other TOC mods that aren't as complete, as well as the name.csv folder overwriting other custom names.

The mod may also break with future updates. For the latest one, (1.1) simply reinstall and it should work.
