I was getting tired of the bland lines from Judge, so I figured I'd take matters into my own hands I fully voiced him over for both single and multiplayer I'm aware my audio isn't perfect, I made due with what I had If this goes over well, I might post some of the lines my friend did as well If you want my dispatch audio, you can message me directly and I'll get it sorted out for you :)
