Changes to movement speed among other stuffs so you can use speed to aggressively clear a room

Important
Mod is currently suspended because steam is blocked in my country
Things I've added in:
- Increases player speed that mimics a Swat Operator IRL with acceptable acceleration and deceleration startup
- Plates have increased protection and negates movement penalty
- Light armor and Heavy armor have 15 slots
If you're playing multiplayer, it is recommended other players to have this mod as well to avoid issues
As usual, unzip the file and drag it to the PAKs folder
Things I've added in
- Increases player speed that mimics a SWAT operator IRL
- Modified speed aim that makes it more realistic
- Try jumping
- Speed loss when you are hit on the legs
