spawn appears to be bugged.  and the floor?  gone.  player takes a small hit of damage before the screen is done fading-in upon mission start.  can only fall through the floor and nothing else.  player spawns on top of SWAT vehicle (not pictured).

mods used include Here I Come AI, Gunfighter, No SWAT, In-Game Menu, Camera Mod, and various other map mods.

renaming mod file nets zero results.  all maps used in my mod folder have unique number identifiers after "pakchunk" (ie, pakchunk101, pakchunk102, etc.) to ensure compatibility, but to no avail on this particular map.
